Barista Hustle The Comb WDT Tool - Even Coffee Distribution

The Barista Hustle WDT tool is designed to improve the distribution of ground coffee in the portafilter before espresso extraction, using the Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT).

The handle is made from soft black silicone, a durable material that is highly resistant to wear and practically indestructible.

The comb is equipped with 30 needles made from 501 stainless steel, chosen for its flexibility and corrosion resistance. The needles have a 0.35 mm diameter, considered the ideal balance for effectively distributing the coffee grounds without creating deep channels in the coffee bed.

Unlike many WDT tools that use very sharp acupuncture needles, Barista Hustle needles feature rounded tips, helping to prevent scratches on the filter basket and accidental finger pricks.

The handle includes 25 insertion holes, allowing you to freely configure the needle layout and adapt the tool to your preferred WDT style.

The product also includes 30 spare needles, supplied in a tube with a lid to keep them safely stored and ready for quick replacement if needed.
