Same-day or next-business-day delivery in Belgrade, 1–3 business days across Serbia via BEX courier. For corporate clients we schedule delivery at an agreed time or arrange pick-up at our warehouse at Dalmatinska 115, Belgrade. Larger orders are delivered with our own vehicles — no extra courier fees. When equipment ships from abroad, we run customs clearance in Serbia ourselves — no border delays and no hidden charges for the client.
Legal entities pay exclusively via fiscal invoice and bank transfer based on a proforma. We support SEF (the Serbian e-invoice system) — invoices arrive directly into your accounting system. Vetted partners get 15–30 day deferred payment terms. Recurring partners receive individual pricing offers and special conditions based on order volume.
Submit a request via the "Become a partner" form or by email to eshop@horeca-shop.rs. We need: tax ID (PIB), registration number, company name, contact person and their role. Your account will be activated within 24 hours. Once active you get B2B pricing, special offers and a dedicated account manager.
