We believe that temperature stability is one of the most important factors in the design of espresso coffee machines.

The RE A timer is manufactured with superior radiator system architecture for optimum temperature stability and performance. Thanks to the "Thermosiphon" system, Rocket RE A offers excellent temperature stability, which is one of the most important parts in the preparation of a coffee.

The large boiler has a boiling capacity from 14.5 L to 28 L, the integrated timer timer allows you to program the brewing temperature and digitally adjust to be able to produce the most delicious coffee.

Usually the steam wand on an espresso machine gets extremely hot and therefore baristas can accidentally burn themselves on it. With the Rocket RE A you have a steam wand that cannot heat up outside and therefore a safer espresso machine. There is also a steam wand on either side of the espresso machine with simple knobs to activate the steam.

Things to Consider

Careful with Chrome: being entirely covered in shiny stainless steel panels a small scratch or dirt can be easily seen. To avoid that we always recommend cleaning the coffee machine with a micro-fiber cloth.
