The Ditting 1827 High Volume S is an industrial grinder built for roasteries and large scale coffee production: up to 300 kg per hour on medium grinds and around 280 kg per hour on espresso, in continuous operation.

The S version mounts 180 mm burrs in fully hardened special steel, with a service life of 25 to 45 tonnes of coffee. High precision stepless adjustment makes grind settings repeatable day after day, and the particle distribution stays remarkably even at full throughput: that is the reason to choose Swiss industrial grinding.

The three phase motor is surface cooled with high starting torque, sized for shifts rather than sessions. A 30 kg bean hopper and a 200 litre collection container keep the workflow moving; net weight is around 240 kg including the base. Certified CB/CE, ETL, KC and PSE.

This is not a shop grinder for the counter: it is production equipment, made for roasteries that grind and pack every day. For high volume grinding at the retail counter, look at Ditting's KR shop line instead.
